  There wasn’t much of an atmosphere, the staff were lovely enough though. Food was meh, the garlic bread ok and kids menu was pretty decent too Expecially with the app code for half term - could do with more choice though. I ordered a Caesar Salad - unfortunately it didn’t come with croutons as described and also had tomato in it. Caesar salad defo does not have tomatoes. I ordered the extra skewer of meat but the chicken tasted weird had like a jelly texture to it. I did send it back once as was missing croutons but was then given the dough crusts on side? Random I did ask waitress if they was out of croutons she said I’m not sure. Would I eat there again. Maybe but not in a hurry. I defo wouldn’t pay £20 for a Caesar salad from here again.

  Well what can I say... Came here today for some dinner with the wife and from the moment we walked In everything was spot on from the customer service to the food to the atmosphere... Nattasha is a asset to the company

  all the staff on tonight were absolutely fantastic! We had the pleasure of being served by the amazing staff, Natasha, Tori & Denys. All 3 staff members were under a lot of pressure due to the rush in food orders, however their professionalism didn’t go unnoticed! They were very friendly and worked brilliantly as a team! The back of house staff Snider & vijesh were under extreme pressure due to the rush, however their food was absolutely impeccable and we were very happy with the food that we received! Thank you all so much x

  We booked online, received booking confirmation. When we arrived there was no tables available. The gentleman that was working front of house Sat 18th April at 7.30pm found us a table after only 10 minutes. We had to order our drinks twice as they never came - on both occasions we asked for drinks. One order was wrong. The food came, that was OK. All satisfactory. Not as good as we have had in other zizzi's (we have been to another 4). The service was well below par. Other than for one waitress the guy working front of house that was also helping with table service had long hair, did not look smart and tidy, never smiled once, never spoke to us or acknowledged us speaking. Just went ahead with orders but no interaction what so ever. When we had finished we waited 15 mins until we cleared our own table and put the plates on another table next to us. We ordered 2 children's desserts which never came (when the restaurant was almost empty) when we asked for them again, no speech interaction. The whole experience made us feel more like an inconvenience rather than an enjoyable meal out. Would not recommend. It's a lot of money to spend to have such a sub standard expeience.
